Why one should never call Sainsburys customer service.

I needed some battery powered fairy lights, so i called Sainsburys;



me: "do you have battery powered fairy lights?"

sainsbury's assistant "No... we have toothbrushes?"

me: "what, sorry?",

her "battery powered toothbrushes".

?
